TERMS & CONDITIONS


Deposit:
 A fixed amount of £25.00 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. A fee of £2.00 is applicable on all types of card payment, with the exception of debit cards, which are free of charge.

Cancellations
: If cancelled after booking the room, the deposit of £25.00 and fees (if applicable) is none refundable. If cancellation occurs within the 2 days prior to date of stay, the balance of the room charge will be charged to the client at full room rate or first night’s accommodation.

Check In/Check Out:
 You may check in from 16:00 hours. 
Check out by 11:00 hour, or later if required by prior arrangement. Additional charges may be payable. Earlier check in is available by prior arrangement.

Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in price of room. It is optional, choices are available from the menu at time of stay. The price is at time of check in.

Children: All children are welcome. Cots are available with no extra cost.

Pets
: Pets are not allowed.


Parking:
 Free parking is available while guests are in residence. Parking is available after stay, however charges will be made. Guests parking their vehicles in the grounds of Downsview are responsible for their own vehicles. Downsview will not be held responsible for any damage to guests’ vehicles.

Internet: Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.

Extra Charges
: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Accessibility information: Support for the Mobility Impaired. Guest rooms available on ground floor and ramps from car park to guestrooms are available. Spacious rooms lounge and dining area. Furniture can be removed/re-arranged for easy access at customer request. See Access Statement for full details.

There is a 100% no smoking policy in the building.
Any violation in this will result in a £100.00 cleaning charge to the guest.

Payments accepted by the Guesthouse are:
Cash and All Major Credit & Debit Cards.

A debit/credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay. A surcharge of £2.00 will be added to cost of stay for all payments made by card with the exception of debit cards which are free.

Customers paying by cash are required to provide identification on check in. Acceptable forms of ID are driving licence, passport, utility bill/bank statement (with address) or police warrant card.

Guests Liabilities: As a guest you are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated room or the furnishings of the guesthouse. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to Downsview on demand to amount required to make good or remedy such damage.

In the event of willful or negligent interruption to the business or other guests. Downsview will charge the amount of any loss to the customer and terminate the contract of stay. Downsview will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances.
